Payment Terms

A 50% deposit fee is required in order to secure session date agreed upon.  Zelle or Venmo are acceptable forms of payment for initial deposit. The remaining half may be paid by Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check at the session.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If cancellation of the original date is needed, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance by text or email. I will do my best to find a date that works for all parties withing the next 30-50 days.  In the event that you should not want to reschedule and there is not notice given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, I have the right to change a $50 cancellation fee. Should severe weather be a limitation to any outdoor shoots, I will do my best to get you rescheduled ASAP, or we can readjust location.

Travel and Location

If the location is farther than 10 miles outside of my residence at the time (either 01827 or 06518), I will give a quote of a travel fee. Should paid parking be necessary, reimbursement is required but I will do my best to avoid if possible. If you choose a location that has restricted access, it is your responsibility to organize entry ahead of time.

Style and Images

Please look over the portfolio page to familiarize yourself with my style of work. Once you sign my contract, you are agreeing to my style and discretion to my services. I am not liable if you or others do not cooperate during the session. Altering of any images is breaking the agreed upon contract. Reselling or redistributing, incorporating into trademarks, logos or business advertisements without direct consent from Kaitlyn Nicole is prohibited. There is no guarantee of a set minimum number of images. I have majority control over culling and editing of images, you are able to have some input of any other images you may want in the final edited catalog, but all editing remains in my style and choice.
